    How can you become a member of the Arigatou Program?

    When you purchase one of Dai-ichi Life’s valuable life insurance products, you will qualify for the Arigatou Program and will be eligible for any of the membership tiers.

    What are the membership tiers in the Arigatou Program?

    The “Arigatou” program is categorized into three membership tiers: Prime, Prestige, and Royale. If you hold a policy with a minimum  Annualized First Year Premium (AFYP) of 1,000,000 MMK, you are eligible for Prime membership benefits. With an AFYP of at least 5,000,000 MMK, you are qualified for Prestige membership benefits. Finally, if your AFYP is 10,000,000 MMK or more, you will enjoy the exclusive benefits of Royale membership.

    How can you know your Arigatou membership tier?

    You can check your Arigatou membership tier through an email or Viber message sent by Dai-ichi Life (Communications). If you have not received any messages, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at +95 97 7880 7000 during office hours. For inquiries outside office hours, you may reach us via the Dai-ichi Life Facebook Page Messenger.

    Can the Arigatou Loyalty Program Membership be referred to friends and families?

    Yes, you can refer your friends and family to get the Arigatou Loyalty Program by purchasing one of our valuable plans. They will be eligible for Arigatou membership tiers based on the plan they choose. Additionally, you can share and enjoy the program’s benefits together with your friends and family.

    • The benefits offered at these partnering outlets are subject to change. In the event of any changes, the decision made by the partnering outlets will be final.
